We R H.O.P.E. Hosts Free Adolescent Anxiety and Youth Crisis Management Library Tour

We R H.O.P.E., a non-profit 501 (c) (3), is hosting a free adolescent Anxiety and youth crisis management library tour. This tour aims to educate community’s youth, parents, educators, and interested adults on anxiety, emotions, and recognizing triggers. The tour will visit 11 public libraries in 10 days.

What: A two-hour seminar delivering education on anxiety, thoughts that create emotion, emotion recognition, and identifying triggers.

Who: Sean Perry and James Reinstein, co-founders with more than 26-years of combined coaching, nonviolent intervention, and exposure response prevention training are leading the seminars.

These educational events are for adolescents, parents, educators, and adults interested in learning more about anxiety and channeling emotions.

Why: Approximately 20% of American youth suffer from some form of anxiety. An additional 18% of American adults suffer from some form of mental illness.

We R H.O.P.E. is a non-exclusive youth anxiety coaching non-profit, who introduces youth and adults to information and coping strategies surrounding anxiety. Our goal is to give our youth the tools they need today to solve problems tomorrow. This extends to giving parents and educators the tools they need to guide our youth towards success.
