Reaching Higher NH’s mission is to support high-quality public education and the infinite potential of every child in New Hampshire. To do that, we need to know what is working for students in our public schools. How are they getting ready for the future? What learning opportunities give them a competitive advantage when they apply to college, jobs, or service positions after high school?

So, we grabbed our cameras, hopped in the car, and drove all over the Granite State to talk with more than 250 students, just weeks before graduation – because, who can speak to this better, than the students themselves?

In the short videos below, you will hear about initiatives in our public schools that are getting NH high schoolers ready for the next step after high school. These opportunities are taking the dreams of NH students, regardless of their backgrounds, learning styles or achievement levels, and making them a reality.
