NH Science and Math Teachers Partner for Spring Conference

Dr. Diana Fisher will deliver her keynote address, "Understanding the Dynamic Behavior of Systems: A Different Way to Think," at this conference focusing on modeling.

The New Hampshire Science Teachers Association and New Hampshire Teachers of Mathematics are coming together for the 2018 Spring Conference on Modeling on Saturday, April 7 at Pinkerton Academy in Derry.

Saturday, 4/7/18 will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Diana Fisher, speaking on “Understanding the Dynamic Behavior of Systems: A Different Way to Think.” There are 21 carefully selected workshops in 3 sessions. There will be two, 90-minute sessions in the morning before lunch and a 60–minute session in the afternoon, which will include a panel discussion. The workshops will be covering all levels in both content areas and the conference includes a great lunch with an awards ceremony. Presenters will reference both the NGSS and CCSS Standards for every workshop!
