Summer Problem Solving Program for Maine and NH Students

The Maine Mathematics Science and Engineering Talent Search (MMSETS) is offering a Summer Problem Solving Program for students in grades 3-12 in Maine and New Hampshire.

The registration deadline is Thursday, June 15.

Students receive two problem sets via email throughout the summer. On August 20, MMSETS will host a day-long meeting, where students will meet, play math games, and share their experiences.

Over the years MMSETS has helped a number of children nurture an interest and understanding in math, problem-solving, engineering, and programming. This album takes a look at past program experiences and students (including updates on where they are now!). MMSETS alumni have gone on to attend universities like MIT and Princeton, and hold jobs at companies like Google, Microsoft, and HP.
